St Augustine AirBNB - 9.13.24

This home is beautiful, secluded & private in the country on 3 acres yet only a short 20 minute drive to St Augustine's downtown attractions.  This stunning 2-story 3600 square foot classically decorated house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out with its 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, swimming pool patio area, peaceful pond, outdoor dining area, big yard plus much more! event is an Airbnb very close to St Augustine. This location is about 20 minutes from the nation's oldest town

This trip is for Friday through Monday. 

Ticket price covers lodging only in a bedroom or livingroom for 4 days/ 3 nights

Meals will be planned by those attending.

Additional rules

-No smoking/vaping indoors allowed. ($500 charge will be applied for de-smoking this house)  

-Fireplaces pictured are not for use. No fires on the property. 

-By reserving, guests acknowledge they are aware of the presence of a swimming pool and a pond on the property. 

-No swimming or fishing allowed in the pond, and swimming in the pool is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. 

-Guests also acknowledge that some of Florida's wildlife could possibly be seen on the property, due to it being surrounded by forest, and thus should not be approached for safety reasons. 

-Guests should know in advance that this house is in the country, therefore we are  not on city water. We are on well water but we do have a full water treatment system in place.
